Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made via TS Shooting Supplies (TS Supplies) and is derived from our General Terms and Conditions.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product, without stating a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), has received the product.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform TS Supplies of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail).

3. Return Conditions

·       Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and — where reasonably possible — in their original packaging.

·       Returns are made at the consumer’s expense and risk, unless otherwise agreed.

·       You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: - Products that are specially ordered or customized at the consumer’s request and are not standard stock items.

5. Refunds

If you withdraw from the agreement, TS Supplies will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (unless otherwise required by law).

Refunds will be made: - Using the same payment method as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; - Within 14 days after TS Supplies has been informed of your decision to withdraw.

TS Supplies may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier.

6. Depreciation

If the returned product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess the product, TS Supplies reserves the right to charge a reasonable depreciation.

7. Incorrect or Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact TS Supplies as soon as possible. Statutory warranty and conformity rights remain fully applicable.
